We're not just filling a position; we're inviting you to shape the future. We're in the midst of a cultural transformation, which the People team is at the heart of; delivering significant change across the organisation to improve the Colleague experience.
The Reward team is front and centre of this, designing and delivering our strategy from the ground up. So far, we've introduced an organisation-wide grading structure, new benefits, recognition and variable pay programmes, informed by feedback from our annual Colleague survey.
However, we're not stopping there, and we still have a lot more to deliver and improve for our Colleagues. All this, whilst we continue to manage our day to day and cyclical activity like evaluating new roles, Gender Pay Gap analysis, CEO pay ratio reporting, pay reviews, bonus and benefit renewals.

We're seeking a passionate and experienced rewardprofessional who wants to be at the forefront of shaping our reward strategy. This isn't just a BAU role; it's a unique opportunity to influence and innovate, gaining exposure to strategic projects and senior stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Proven reward experience, including pay and benchmarking, benefits, job evaluation (preferably Hay), and annual reporting (Gender Pay Gap and CEO pay ratio). Experience with terms and conditions harmonisation is a plus.
- Skills: Highly analytical with advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to confidently navigate different systems.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and peers.
- Commitment: A basic DBS check is required, reflecting our dedication to safer recruitment.
