Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Assigning Work : Distributing tasks to technicians to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. Quality Control : Ensuring all repair and maintenance work meets the required standards. Parts Management : Ordering and managing parts to ensure availability for repairs. Team Management : Coaching and supervising a team of technicians and apprentices, ensuring targets and business objectives are met. Customer Service : Liaising with customers to provide estimates, set timescales, and ensure satisfaction. Compliance : Ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards, as well as manufacturer and company policies. Documentation : Accurately recording technician time and writing technical reports and recommendations. Problem Solving : Assisting technicians with technical challenges and identifying solutions Qualifications Matric certificate is a minimum Additional qualifications will assist your application Valid drivers license 2 3 years experience in a similar role Fluent in English and Afrikaans Fully computer Literate Competencies : Excellent communication written and verbal Ability to multi-tasks Organized Disciplined High ethical business standards Honest, reliable Attention to detail Problem solving skills
