Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Managing the company reception function: Receive all incoming calls and attend to, take messages and or direct calls Welcome Customers and Suppliers and or guests of the company Assisting walk-in customers with sales enquiries, operating the companys Point of Sales (POS) system and fulfilling a sales assistant function Accept and Sign of Deliveries Picking, Packing, Dispatch: Pick and pack orders as directed Print and apply waybills to outbound orders Print manifest and manage courier collections and Proof of receipts Deal with courier companies on matters of package collections, delayed or lost packages and keep customers informed as directed. Qualifications: Minimum of Matric Previous Reception / Office Admin experience in a packing or manufacturing environment is a plus. Requirements: Fluent in English and Afrikaans Excellent telephonic and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service Good work ethic, communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently and diligently Basic math skills for counting and inventory tasks
