Work with the HC teams to develop, coordinate and execute an efficient recruiting strategy, including a focus on diversity, marketing, and the competitive landscape for the comany. Maintain a database of all recruitment activities across the Group. Implementation of recruitment policies and procedures, that outline the companies expectations for all aspects of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Provide input into current talent acquisition processes, identify talent acquisition process gaps, efficiencies, and areas of continuous improvement as it relates to the administration thereof. Compile Contracts of Employment for all recruitment across the Group in line with country specific legislature and governance. Ensure that Contracts of Employment drafted are accurate, complete, clear, concise, and legally sound. Utilise talent acquisition systems to post job openings, track applications, and schedule interviews. Manage talent acquisition systems including issue resolution, reports, and system administration functions. Research and consult on industry best practices and advise talent acquisition to be more effective and efficient. Stay current on market trends, business challenges and priorities. Responsible for all regular and ad-hoc reporting of talent acquisition metrics and dashboard presentations in support of talent acquisition team. Participates in recruitment market intelligence gathering, data collection, and analysis. Collaborate with discipline process owners to develop and maintain relevant training, communication, and change management material for new/updated talent acquisition processes and systems. Respond to inquiries from external/internal applicants and provides troubleshooting and support. Minimum: Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resource functional process management and systems design Experience with HRIS systems is advantageous Engagement with diverse, internal and external global stakeholders Experience in process mapping and design Experience working on e-Recruitment systems is required Administrative experience needed
