About the roleThis 12 month FTC opportunity will report to the Societys Head of Enterprise & Operational Risk and will be mainly responsible for
Leading the Risk Integration workstream, working directly with the Executive Sponsor (CRO), the Risk leadership team, senior management, and other stakeholders, coordinating with PMO/IMO teams and reporting progress to the Integration Steering Committee and assisting with regulatory submissions.
Although this role does not involve direct line management, you will collaborate closely with the CRO, senior risk leadership, and various teams across the organization.
The position requires technical leadership and a focus on delivering transformation and integration efforts to enhance the organisation's risk management capabilities, with an emphasis on workstream delivery and reporting.
Additionally, youll work with senior leadership to influence, support, and challenge the enterprise-wide risk management approach.
About youWere looking for ahighly experienced senior Risk leader, who has an in-depth knowledge of Risk management, large Change programmes and an understanding of Scaled Agile Framework and/or other agile delivery. You will have experience of delivering change and transformation.
You will be highly credible in front of a senior audience including Executive and Senior management and third party partners, having the ability to engage and manage a wide range of stakeholders, listening and responding to challenges.
Youll have the ability to lead on integration, collaborating with a range of stakeholders, to deliver against the Societys risk integration plans.
Youll be highly effective at both written and verbal communication with substantial experience of writing committee papers and also developing working relationships with key stakeholders up to and including executive level.
