As Service and Repairs Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing and planning lift engineers workloads
- Monitoring performance, absences and appraisals
- Maintaining and developing customer relations and addressing queries
- Ensuring compliance with H&S protocols
- Carrying out regular site visits
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A background in lift engineering
- NVQ Level 3 as a minimum
- Managerial experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong technical knowledge
