Legal Secretary - Bournemouth
My client are currently seeking to recruit a Legal secretary to join their Residential Team in Bournemouth, supporting a senior fee-earner.
This role would ideally suit an individual with previous Residential Conveyancing experience, however this is not essential, as long as you have legal administrative experience within other remits, you have knowledge of Audio/Copy Typing and you are looking to take the next step in your legal career. You will be working within a dynamic environment with a fun and supportive culture, providing a high quality service to their clients.
Some duties include but are not limited to:
- File opening & file closing
- Scanning and saving documents to electronic folders or to email
- Telephone enquiries and quotes
- Liaising with clients
- Managing a fee earners inbox
- Land registry acquisitions
- Archiving
- Preparing and sending faxes as required
- Preparing documents for dispatch by email DX or post
- Audio/copy typing skills
