They are looking for a Customer Services Executive - to join their long-standing team.
As the Customer Service Executive, you will deal directly with customers by phone or email providing stock updates, pricing and delivery information.
You will provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation.
The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
As this is a new role within the business you will have autonomy to grow the role and make it your own.
Key Responsibilities
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
Develop service procedures, policies and standards
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
Review order input, both for accuracy and to understand our customers business & requirements
Manage office holidays and ensure cover in place
Key Candidate Requirements
Proven working experience as a Customer Service Executive or Key Account Handler
Experience in providing customer service support
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Customer service orientation
Strong Excel skills would be advantageous
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
