We're working with a social housing provider based in County Durham, that are looking for an experienced interim Asset/Repairs Manager to join their team as they undergo a period of change.
The need an individual from a social housing background who has good knowledge working with:- Surveying- Contracts- Assets Management- Planned and Reactive Maintenance
In addition, they need an assertive character who is not afraid to highlight changes and present recommendations to improve their service. This is an organisation who believes in providing the best they possibly can to their tenants, and as such, need people who share this value and want to enact positive change.
The contract would be for an initial 3 month period, but with a high likelihood of it extending should the person in the role show initiative. Onsite presence of 2/3 days per week, however there can be flexibility for the right candidate.
