The company owns and lets a wide range of commercial, residential and mixed use properties, many managed by third party agents, located throughout Shropshire and Mid Wales
Are you the right person for the job?
- Requires good knowledge of property management administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Ability to prioritise, organise your workload and meet deadlines
What will your role look like?
- Reviewing utility supplier contracts and prices
- Dealing with internal and external queries of varied nature on all property matters
- Deal with the administration of a wide range of commercial and residential property portfolios, including dealing with but not limited to :
- Utilities
- Council Taxes
- Recharges and service charge costs
- Property management agents statements – rental income
- Maintain and develop property registers
- Expenditure review and recording
- Cost allocations to respective properties
- Accounts and VAT
- Obtaining maintenance quotations and estimates
- Other Admin tasks as required
