We require a pro-active Customer Support Manager to be the liaison between Pilgrims Europe at Huntingdon and Peterborough sites and all customer communication.
Working Monday to Friday, office hours they would lead customer visits, complete customer code of practice gap analysis and incident management.
They would complete and lead site improvement projects, to ensure the site is audit ready and be the TACCP lead.
They lead customer quality plans, identify foreign body risks and attend new product launches.
