Your Mission:
In your role as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be entrusted with managing a diverse range of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion. You will handle residential sale and purchase transactions, including leasehold, freehold, and re-mortgage matters. Your ability to manage new build properties and shared ownership cases will be highly valued, as will any experience you have in commercial property law, such as dealing with leases and licences to assign. You will work closely with other team members on more complex cases, contribute to the overall success of the department, and use case management systems efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues will be key, as will your enthusiasm for networking, marketing, and client relationship development.
Key Competencies:
-At least 2-3 years of fee-earning experience in conveyancing.
-Proven expertise in handling residential transactions from instruction to post-completion.
-Ability to manage new build properties and shared ownership cases.
-Experience in commercial property law is advantageous but not essential.
-Strong case management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-Keen interest in networking and client relationship development.
