By providing administration support to the Community Safety team, you will be playing a key role supporting the Council and partners through the Safer and Stronger Communities Strategic Partnership, to fulfil their responsibilities to residents and the community.What will you be doing? It will be your responsibility to provide administration support to the CCTV Officer and the Community Safety team, ensuring work carried out is efficient and procedures are effectively implemented. You will act as a main point of contact for the service area, providing effective communication when dealing with enquiries and information requests. It will be key for you to collate and maintain records, to ensure accurate statements are produced and data is retrieved from computerised systems correctly. You will interact with customers, colleagues and partners to maintain strong working relationships.
