Our client is seeking a dynamic and skilled People Effectiveness Partner to join the Human Capital team. This role is crucial in shaping and driving organisational effectiveness across the entire Group. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing key frameworks and models that enhance talent management, performance management, organisational design, change management, leadership development, onboarding, and strategic workforce planning.
- Minimum 3 year HR degree or related field essential
- Honours in Industrial Psychology or HCM desirable
- Knowledge of Performance management frameworks
- Knowledge of Organisational Design methodologies
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Organisation Development/Design in corporate or consulting environment essential
- Change management certification beneficial
- Organisational and administrative skills
- Based in Johannesburg
