Curo, a leading housing association based in Bath, is seeking a dependable individual to take on a 9 month FTC maternity cover as an Executive Assistant.
What you'll be doing
Youll be providing effective executive support to some of our most senior leaders, including Chief Customer Officer, Chief People Officer and Chief Property Officer, as well as to our Board. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Proactive diary management of the Executive Team, taking accountability for meeting planning, attendance, associated needs, and agendas.
- Project management of senior leadership tasks, monitoring time scales.
- Prepare meeting packs, attend and minute all senior level meetings involving the Executive Team or other colleagues as allocated by the Executive Team.
- Publish accurate minutes of meetings, following up all administration.
- Project manage the actions agreed and liaise with colleagues to capture progress against outstanding issues.
- Draft, review and edit reports on behalf of the Executive team to specific deadlines.
- Management of emails and ensuring appropriate correspondence, prioritising as necessary.
It will be a fast-paced environment, with lots of deadlines, but youll work as part of the wider governance team, where we all pitch in and help each other out as we need to.

More about you
The successful Executive Assistant will have a background in providing executive support at board or executive level. Youll be friendly and approachable, with a can do attitude. Youll also be ruthlessly efficient and organised, and able to juggle lots of tasks. Youll have great attention to detail and be an excellent communicator too. Ideally, youll have experience of writing high-quality minutes and following up on actions.
Specifically you will have a high level of digital literacy, advanced typing skills and expertise in applications such as:
- MS office suite, including Outlook
- Convene, or similar digital meeting platform application

When and where you'll be doing it
Youll be primarily based at our Bath head office a minimum of 4days a week, attending in person at key meetings, with the option for flexibility.
