Our client is a worldwide leader in website design and digital marketing for estate agents and property sales companies with a presence in 6 different continents.

Requirements
- Proven track record in a B2B sales role
- Experience selling website design and/or digital marketing packages desirable but not essential
- Experience of consultative selling
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable dealing with clients and potential clients face to face and over the phone
- Ability to cross sell and up sell
- Experience of selling tech services to the property industry desirable
- Closing leads and referrals
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain prospect and client database
- Report KPI's daily, weekly and monthly
- Meet new business revenue target
- Demonstrate the highest level of client care constantly
- Strong IT skills, comfortable using a CRM
- Able to carry out complex negotiations at boardroom level
