As a Digital Inclusion Assistant, you will need to have a real passion and drive to make a real difference to our residents lives during the cost of living crisis. This role has a major impact on the Digital Inclusion support we offer to our residents and is helping to combat poverty. The successful candidate will need to be tech savvy as they will be assisting residents to manage their finances and access and use digital devices.
Within this position you will be working closely with the Digital Inclusion Enabling Manager to ensure delivery of projects by building relationships within the various designated teams within and outside of the organisation as this will assist you in project delivery and meeting expectations.
You will also be providing basic administrative support which include typing, data input, photocopying, filing, scanning and telephone calls.

What you'll have
- Basic understanding of project management
- Knowledge of customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- An understanding of the team/functions work and relevance to the successful operation of a business
- Willingness to learn and develop understanding of general/standard office and administrative procedures and methods.
- Willingness to learn data entry skills, and use project specific systems
