Essential: We are looking for candidates that have experience in compliance of CQC and the clinical aspect of Care plans, risk assessments and medication management

The company is a local service for older people. They provide services in the community like companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, running errands, personal care AND live-in care services.
The service currently has 50 Caregivers and 70 clients in west Bristol and the north of North Somerset. They deliver a minimum of 1 hour per visit and aim to achieve continuity by sending the same Caregivers. The companies clients are mostly privately funded.

The key responsibilities are:
Manage the office team.
Responsible that all business and compliance processes are running smoothly.
Ensure the organisation is always ready for CQC inspections AND company compliance.
Demonstrate the delivery of a high quality care plan.
Requirements:
Experience within a regulated CQC environment. (Also strong knowledge on compliance with Medication)
Able to provide two positive references from previous jobs.
Managerial background within a Care Setting
NVQ level 5 or willing to work towards one. Able to provide examples of improvement projects in previous jobs.
