Skills/ Experience:
- A confident and friendly people person
- Proven experience within Estate Agency
- Organized and able to manage your time well
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Confident both face-to-face and on the telephone
- To be knowledgeable on the local area
Some of your daily duties will be:
- Arrange and conduct viewings, showing out vendors houses in the best possible light
- Secure offers from applicants and skilfully negotiate with our vendors
- Keep an up to to date CRM system and know who this weeks hot applicants are
- Arrange valuations
- Provide accurate and prompt feedback on all viewings
- Manage the progression of the sales
- Adhoc support to the lettings team
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am until 5pm) 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am-1pm)
