Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the sales process from initial enquiry to purchase order
- Attending key customer visits to build and develop strong business relationships
- Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to promote its products and services
- Managing the preparation, submission, and tracking of proposals, bids, and tenders
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive proposals
- Ensuring each proposal meets customer requirements and aligns with company objectives
- Monitoring and following up on tender processes to secure successful outcomes
- Providing detailed reports and analysis on proposal activities and outcomes
Job Requirements:
- Experience in managing proposals, bids, and tenders within the oil & gas sector
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from enquiry to purchase order
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Proficiency in preparing detailed and competitive proposals
- Capability to represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
