The main responsibilities will be generating content for internal newsletters, corporate communications and whitepapers. Talking with key internal stakeholder and experts, collaborators and customers, the communications specialist will engage and inform across and outside our global organization.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicationsGenerate content for internal newsletters, corporate communications and whitepapersTalking with key internal stakeholder and experts, collaborators and customers, the communications specialist will engage and inform across and outside our global organizationMeet with and interview operational and technical leads across global organization to generate engaging and informative content for internal newslettersCollect success stories and prepare them into content for internal and external audiencesResearch key industry issues and trends and prepare reportsWrite company content for website, blog and social media channelsSupported by scientific and technical writers, generate whitepapers and insights into key areasWork with key senior stakeholders in creating corporate external communications including assisting with press releases and associated corporate communicationsMeet with and interview customers and collaborators as required to generate content.MarketingEvents• Manage the organization of European conferences and industrial tradeshows. Manage bookings and materials and act as key point of contact, maintaining records and coordination of shipments. Collect information for key event-related metricsSocial Media• Manage the content planner for Biosynth’s main social media accounts. Schedule posts, ensure content is produced by content team, assist in content preparation as needed. Develop SM strategy in line with best practice, work with digital marketing on paid content and campaignsEmail marketing• Plan and prepare newsletters and other e-marketing campaigns. Develop strategies for campaigns using best practice. Monitor marketing inboxes.
