CRM & Digital Manager – HubSpotLuxury business – B2C & B2CWest London £50,000 A luxury brand based in West London are looking for a CRM & Digital Manager to join their growing Digital function.You will report into the Head of Digital and will be responsible for developing the CRM and email marketing channel to drive brand awareness, traffic, enquiries, new, customer monetisation and attributed revenue.You will lead on all things HubSpot, so previous experience with this is essential. You will also ideally have some experience in Digital Marketing, specifically around the Paid space.Responsibilities:Develop CRM structure and strategies to enhance customer data quality, categorisation, utilisation and introduce automation to improve client experience throughout the lifecycle, to provide more personalised experiences to customersPlan & deliver email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and optimised email templates to drive improvementExplore automated email flows – new subscriber confirmation, enquiry flow and moreImprove customer lifecycle processes, customer segmentation, automated flows and triggersWork with the broader marketing, content and sales teams to come up with new creative strategies utilising best practice and customer journey insightsMonitor results and optimise campaigns to meet KPI goalsComplete Hubspot implementation, working in close collaboration with Head of DigitalDevelop paid marketing channels to drive brand awareness, traffic and new enquiriesExperienceIn depth experience using HubSpotIdeally 4+ years experience in the luxury or arts space within CRM, Digital and EmailBackground in email marketing, marketing automation, lead nurturing, customer personas, and CRM managementComfortable with data and analytics for reportingPassion for CRM and DigitalB2C and B2B experience
