We’re looking for performance-driven and hands-on Marketing Manager to play a key role within our team.Working closely with the founder and operations director, you will be responsible for managing daily marketing operations across e-commerce, performance and CRM. You are the customer, and customer-obsessed, always putting them at the heart of everything you do. You truly understand our customer and what makes them tick, and use this knowledge to deliver exceptional online experience for our customers and meet sales objectives. Responsibilities —Manage and execute daily digital operations across e-commerce, performance and email marketing to drive sales growth and increase conversion rate. Drive conversion by creating a smooth and exciting customer journey through best-in-class UX, UI and navigation on websiteCollaborate closely with Brand and Content Manager to secure right level of content to be used across the marketing channels, including packshots, e-commerce & lookbook imagery, video and campaign assets Align digital strategy and calendar to ensure timely and successful collection launches and promotions Own the ecommerce promotional calendar and manage the end-to-end delivery of promotional activity to meet sales targetOversee performance marketing channel activity ensuring all channels meet ROI and CPA targets through continuous testing and optimisationsBuild and lead an innovative email strategy to increase customer base and promote loyaltyContribute to the development of the overall marketing budget and its management Lead and manage external digital agencies (performance marketing & web development) Analyse and report on KPI’sSkills and Qualifications —3+ years with management experience in e-commerce and marketing, preferably as a senior assistant for a fashion business ready to take the next step.
