Responsibilities: Business Leadership: - Define and implement product objectives and strategies aligning with business goals
- Identify, prioritize, and manage strategic initiatives to meet objectives
- Drive the growth of the product's income and customer base
- Continuously monitor product performance, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business strategy
- Set and uphold customer experience benchmarks to support product strategy
Product Development: - Conduct thorough market research and analysis
- Develop compelling Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) and customer journeys tailored to market needs and competitive landscape
- Oversee the product design, development, and implementation process
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
Stakeholder Engagement: - Clearly communicate product strategies and insights at various executive forums
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams to drive growth initiatives
- Provide guidance to support functions to meet agreed service levels and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Offer expert advice to support functions as needed
Education: - A minimum of an undergraduate degree; a postgraduate qualification is preferred
Job Experience and Skills Required: - 5 to 7 years of experience in retail banking, insurance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the funeral product market
