My client is seeking a motivated and experienced
Key Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with key clients in the Asia region.
he successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Asia region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
Sales & Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer base expansion.
Market Analysis: - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to discover growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams for service enhancement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Participate in regular meetings with operations and logistics teams to align on client needs.
Reporting & Documentation: - Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and transactions.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience: - National Senior Certificate or equivalent required.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Experience in the freight forwarding industry is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
