Spa Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the spa maintains its luxurious ambience. Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation, ensuring all facilities are pristine and well-maintained.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of spa professionals. Conduct regular performance reviews, manage schedules, and ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest spa treatments and techniques.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest luxury spa products and treatments. Recommend appropriate products to clients and ensure the spa is stocked with high-quality, in-demand items.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage the spa’s financial performance. Prepare budgets, manage expenses, and ensure profitability. Regularly review pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
Spa Software: Utilize spa management software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and track inventory. Ensure all staff are trained on the system and that it is used efficiently.
Minimum Requirements: - Luxury and 5***** spa background
- 3 years spa management experience
- People skills
- Spa Software literate
- Own vehicle, weekend work
