Description
The Support Consultant is responsible for assisting and supporting the partner engaging with the customer and supporting the end-user.
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible to support resellers and end-users with regards to product-related queries and to provide a reporting channel for programme errors.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications and Experience:
- Senior Certificate or NQF4 equivalent.
- A tertiary qualification and/or Industry Certification with an IT technical base will be advantageous.
Knowledge:
- At least 2-3 years SYSPRO product experience.
- Very good Microsoft SQL skills.
- Very good IT Technical with SYSPRO infrastructure experience. Relevant experience in a call desk environment.
