Responsibilities
• Ensure that the company derives increased revenue thereby making or exceeding targeted profits.
• Organise and lead the commercial team as per the agreed setup and support functionally the internal stakeholders of the company.
Job Function
• Ensure that the defined strategies are successfully accomplished by managing and directing the commercial team.
• Lead the Key Accounts team and Head of Vertical in direct reporting.
• Create a strong business relationship with the senior level sales executives of the company to identify and pursue scopes for business development.
• Maintain effective coordination with sales, marketing, and executive teams.
• Plan and execute both short and long-term revenue deriving strategies of the organisation.
• Manage different aspects of the commercial and related fields of the organisation.
• Successfully handle both short and long-term commercial ventures.
• Ensure compliance with state guidelines.
• Lead and guide the customer service and pricing teams.
Marketing & Business Development
• Develop and implement corporate and directorate business development strategies and plans, working closely with Directors and their teams.
• Create and develop commercial opportunities to increase company income with existing and new clients.
• Identify new market opportunities and construct robust business proposals.
• Ensure Directors and Executives are appraised of market opportunities and conditions.
• Take responsibility for the identification, development, and implementation of all joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Commercial degree.
• Highly responsible and motivated individual.
• Excellent administrative and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Expansive knowledge of sales and marketing aspects.
• 7 years or more proven sales track record required.
