Be the right hand to the CFO at a multinational manufacturing enterprise. You will be instrumental in modernizing financial processes, managing risks, and implementing robust financial controls. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, while leading and mentoring a high-performance finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 to improve financial services.
Lead financial risk management for the company’s growth and acquisitions.
Ensure strong financial controls and regulatory compliance across all operations.
Collaborate with IT, operations, and leadership to align financial strategies.
Cultivate a high-performance finance team, fostering innovation and accountability.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years post-articles experience.
Proven expertise in cash flow management, reporting, financial modeling, and risk mitigation.
Skilled in cost and management accounting, with experience in commerce or industry.
Advantageous: Experience in the manufacturing industry and certification in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations.
