The successful candidate will be responsible analysing financial data, preparing reports and providing actionable insights. This role is a dual-based role where traveling to different branches will be required.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Cost analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial reporting: Weekly cost reports, weekly cash up, balance sheet preparation
- Data management: Update financial models, database and reports
- Compliance and control: Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial polices and regulations
- Strategic support: Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions making and business initiatives
- Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in financial reporting and analysis
- Statutory reporting: VAT reviews and reporting, provisional tax forecast compilation and submissions
Skills and Qualifications: - BCom Honours
- Articles (SAICA or SAIPA)
- Manufacturing exposure is essential
- Management experience is required
