3 years experience on Management position
Computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel
Excellent understanding and knowledge of business processes and systems
Cost accounting & standard cost principles essential
Strong administration & coordination skills
Proficiency in financial Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage finance team to achieve required outcomes
Manage all accounting transactions
Provide financial insights and guidance to senior management team
Ensure accurate analysis and reporting on costing models and packhouse efficiency
Compile and manage annual budgets
Prepare monthly management accounts and related reports
Handle monthly and year-end closings
Manage company cashflow
Oversee onboarding of new customers and vendors
Review bank reconciliations
Prepare and submit monthly VAT return
Ensure effective internal controls are in place and maintained
Manage inventory master data
Oversee monthly stock take for raw material and packaging material
Any other relevant accounting functions as required
Prepare audit file and assist auditors during the audit
