Position Overview:
The Senior Technical Specialist can be summarised as providing unparalleled service excellence to a base of over 400 clients and 13,000 end users across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Provide unparalleled service excellence to over 400 clients and 13,000 end users across the UK.
- Ensure first response ticket SLA of 95% and resolve SLA of 95%.
- Maintain relevant certifications and adhere to telephone etiquette principles.
- Manage assigned change requests tasks end to end and within SLA.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable technology industry experience.
- Previous experience of working in a night shift environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills (e.g., AD, servers, workstations, databases, networking).
- Experience supporting Microsoft software (Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Server, etc.).
- Understanding of ITIL processes and guidelines.
- Formal IT qualification, ideally MCSE/MCITP or multiple MCPs is advantageous but not essential.
