To implement the SBFC Voice & Digital business model and specifically develop and grow its Virtual Advisor arm through Digital transformation ensuring efficient delivery of financial planning services to our clients.
To monitor the execution of business processes throughout the Voice & Digital business.
To implement business development strategies in line with the business structure.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Wealth Management / Financial Planning qualification (or any FAIS aligned related qualification) - Preference for B.Comm Finance / Legal degree / Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
- RE5
- RE1 (Preferred)
- Minimum required qualification and experience in terms of FAIS fit and proper requirements
- To represent SBFC as a Key Individual
- 5 - 7 years’ experience in managing, coaching, and developing a team of financial planners
- Experience in Virtual Financial Planning and Digital Enhancement
- Preferred knowledge and experience with Robo-Advising
- Preferred work experience in a financial planning Call Centre
