Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking
To facilitate and develop a close relationship between Standard Bank of South Africa (SBSA), the estate agents, and/or developers to ensure that all potential buyers are referred to SBSA. To proactively sell SBSA home loan products to new property buyers through dedicated estate agents/developers to maximize our market share and grow the Bank's home loan book. To provide training and support to the estate agents/developers with a view to achieving our desired market share.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- NQF 6 Qualification (Business Commerce related)
Experience
- 3-4 years significant experience in a sales and banking environment as well as experience in Marketing.
- Home Loan Knowledge and understanding of the features, benefits, and pricing of the products and services on offer to customers.
