Responsible for leading and managing multiple complex customer facing IT Projects and Programs.
Lead and manage multiple customer facing software delivery engagements.
Stakeholder engagement.
Identify and mitigate risks.
Ensure that revenue forecasts, budgets and invoices are accurate and tracked regularly.
Manage costs, schedules and quality by overseeing project deliverables.
Identify need for changes and revise within established guidelines/policies.
Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery.
Address performance issues within prescribed guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification - Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent essential
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP will be advantageous
- Minimum 10 years experience in managing complex IT software projects within Financial Services / Capital Market or Investment Banking
- Experience working with SME's in developing scope of large programs
- Solid understanding of all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Data migration, Integration, Consolidation, Profiling and Cleansing
- Between 7 - 10 Years
