Job Responsibilities
- Establish the staffing levels and the training required to achieve sales objectives.
- Train, lead, motivate, mentor and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the department.
- Monitor the performance of the sales department weekly.
- Maximize the sale of sales, back-end products and profitability.
- Review all pricing, discounts and “trade-in” dealing to maintain profitability.
- Ensure optimum stock of vehicles on premises and that stock level is kept within company requirements.
- Monitor all floorplan activities.
- Ensure cost control (direct and indirect costs) to remain within the budget of the department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow and execute disciplinary / poor work performance policies.
- Ensure department operates within the company policies.

Education:
Experience:
- Vehicle Sales Manager: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Tertiary education in Sales & Marketing or Management (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
