Job DescriptionAs one of the worlds fastest growing companies within the advertising and production sector, RD Content is looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join the team in our Holborn Offices.
We need someone that can think outside of the box, with good communication skills, and most importantly can drive initiatives to introduce new clients to our work.
You should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients as well as having an ability to understand how our business could compliment their content strategy. You will work closely with all divisions of the business but in particular the Creative, Production and Post Production teams.
Experience required:
- Must have at least 3+ years experience as a sales professional, within the creative marketing agency.
- Excellent Communication Skills - Interpersonal, Verbal, Written.
- Ability to create solutions to problems.
- Creative Team player who has a distinct attention to detail.
- Excellent ability to form relationships and interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
- Previous experience with a CRM system (HubSpot)
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy targeting potential business clients.
- Engagement and Outreach: Utilise various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking events, to connect with prospects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture robust relationships with potential and current clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Market Analysis: Continuously research and analyse market trends and competitors to identify emerging opportunities.
- KPI's: Achieve a range of key performance indicators month to month from call stats, decision maker conversations and successful meetings/opportunities generated.
- Pipeline: Manage and maintain the company CRM system, tracking all activity following the defined processes and look for opportunities to improve or enhance the information in the systems.
