Are you an experienced Office Manager or Business Support Administrator within the professional services?
Gleeson Recruitment Group are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join a high-performing business, providing extensive administrative support to the team. From finance to marketing support, you will be accountable for the smooth & efficient running of the office.
Your main responsibilities:
- Building a collaborative environment, acting as the main point of contact for all incoming queries via telephone and visitors to the office
- Effective diary and travel management; managing conflicting diaries across the business
- Inbox management, escalating urgent emails to be actioned within tight deadlines
- Proof-reading documentation
- Expense management
- Raising purchase orders, setting up new vendors and supplier payments, raising sales orders and invoices using SAP
- Adherence to health and safety compliance standards and GDPR processes
- Organising social events, volunteer days and staff training days
You will need:
- Previous experience within an Office Management, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role working to Senior Director or C-Suite Level, within financial services, legal services or property sector preferable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to act with discretion
- Must be able to work on their own initiative and have good decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a natural and strong communicator
