Our client, a leading law firm based in Bromley are seeking an Administrator/Receptionist to join their team.
The Opportunity
The successful Administrator/Receptionist will provide administrative and file management support to Fee Earners and the wider teams whilst providing exceptional client service on Reception. Duties to include:
- Large and small copying requests
- Binding and finishing copied work
- Receiving and processing file management requests
- Creating/Opening/Closing files
- Returning or adding documents to existing client files
- Processing archive retrieval requests
- Collecting and delivering post
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Providing refreshments
This Receptionist/Administrator position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Requirement
- Reception and administration experience (essential)
- Experience within a law firm (desirable)
