Job DescriptionA leading AJ100 architecture practice in London is looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis for up to 4 weeks initially.
Responsibilities include:
- Produce high quality bid submissions ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Coordinate the bid and submissions process
- Update and maintain the company bid library
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to produce proposal and presentation materials
- Maintain internal database with details of bids and ensure bid metrics are regularly reviewed.
Key skills required:
- Prior experience working in a similar Bid Coordinator role, preferably within the built environment
- Advanced knowledge of InDesign
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
