We are looking for tenacious, Sales Development Representatives to join our fast growing team. This is an opportunity to join a business whereby you can fast track your career, gain lots of experience and effectively increase your earnings rapidly based on your performance.
We help businesses from across the world enter and build market share within the UK, Europe, Middle East and North America through the delivery of qualified sales opportunities. We work on behalf of our customers to identify, qualify and build relationships with key decision makers delivering high quality sales appointments. Our clients trust us to help them grow and win more clients across multiple sectors and various territories.
What you’ll be doing?
- Researching into customer markets and learning in depth about our clients’ businesses.
- Proactively prospecting through various outreach channels: 1. Cold Calling 2. LinkedIn & Email
- Qualifying sales opportunities for our clients based on BANT qualification.
- Closing and booking sales appointments between prospective customers and our client.
- Account Management – Managing clients through regular contact via email & phone
What are we looking for?
- Preferably 1+ years’ experience in business development, sales, recruitment or lead generation. (Must be comfortable on the phone and enjoy outbound telesales)
- Consistent desire to grow personally & hungry to earn, financially.
- Highly motivated and passionate with individuals with a willingness to learn, develop new skills and tactical approaches.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence and knowledge.
- Ability to build relationships quickly
