Starting salary £51,045 per annum, rising to £55,841. If based in London, this role is eligible for an additional London weighting of £3,655 per annum. They provide up to 6% pension contribution, with life assurance for all those in the pension scheme.

About The Organisation
Our client is the largest youth-led environmental action charity in the UK. They are a team of experienced campaigners and organisers dedicated to helping young people succeed in tackling the climate emergency and ecological crisis and delivering climate justice. They are campaigning at pace to change the systems that are working against the futures of young people. Top of the list is reforming the education system, which remains aligned with their linear economic systems, not their circular ecological systems, and remains the root cause of their societal unsustainability. Organisationally, they are phenomenally lucky to have amazingly talented and committed team of staff that consistently deliver innovation, impact, and success. The charity has rapidly grown: from 16 staff upon founding in 2019 to 60 staff today; from £1.3m annual income to £2.7m last year.
About this role
Due to their continued success, and alongside their highly ambitious campaigning and advocacy plans, they are now looking for an experienced and successful relational fundraiser who has entrepreneurial flair, creativity, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. This is a hugely exciting new role, where your key responsibilities would include: developing, leading and implementing a fundraising strategy focusing on unrestricted and core income growth; cultivating and strengthening relationships with existing and new donors, with an initial focus on corporate partnerships; managing fundraising campaigns and donor touchpoints, providing excellent stewardship and cultivation.
