About the Role:
As a Business Central Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing first-class support to clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You'll be troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing guidance to ensure smooth system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues for Business Central users
- Diagnose and resolve system problems related to Business Central
- Work closely with clients to ensure their systems run smoothly
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
