We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Ecommerce and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in London.
Position Overview: As the Ecommerce and Marketing Manager at Yuzefi, you will be responsible for the overall management of our online store and marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to maintaining our website, optimizing our online presence, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, digital marketing, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
- Monitor and update product listings, descriptions, and images to ensure accuracy and alignment with our brand guidelines.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the site.
- Coordinate with developers and designers to enhance site functionality and aesthetics.
- Inventory and Order Fulfilment:
- Keep track of stock levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely restocking of popular items.
- Download daily orders and send them to our warehouse for packing and shipping.
- Marketing and Customer Engagement:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote new product launches, sales, and special events.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage social media accounts, schedule posts and stories, engage with community
- Product Shoots and Content Creation:
- Plan and coordinate product and campaign photoshoots, working closely with the creative director to coordinate with photographers, models, and stylists to produce high-quality images.
- Work closely with the creative director to create in-house content for instagram and tiktok
- Ensure all visual content is aligned with Yuzefi’s brand identity and marketing strategy.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze website performance metrics, sales data, and marketing campaign results.
- Provide regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Shopify and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, Pinterest, tiktok).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
