We are excited to be working with a superb partner school in Hackney, who are looking to interview suitable candidates immediately to fill the role of School Office Manager.
School Office Manager Summary:- School Office Manager salary is £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience.
- As School Office Manager, the main purpose of the role is to lead and co-ordinate all administrative functions to assist in the smooth running of the school.
- Work in conjunction with the Headteacher/Senior Leadership Team.
You should be a proven team leader, who is resilient and confident in decision making. Whilst being capable of being, able to work under pressure, possess an eye for detail and be able to motivate others.
School Office Manager Requirements:- Degree level qualification.
- Experience of managing a team and working collaboratively.
- Excellent ICT skills including Microsoft office (word, publisher, excel) and use of SIMs.
- Experience of working effectively in school administration and organisation.
- Willingness to be flexible around working hours to meet the needs of the school.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Must be willing to complete an Enhanced DBS.
