This Property Management role, based in Richmond, will be office-based and will oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring outstanding service delivery to clients, tenants, and other departments. Responsibilities include managing compliance reporting and bookings, handling maintenance issues, coordinating pre-tenancy checks, overseeing check-ins, check-outs, disputes, maintenance requests, and evictions, as well as managing deposit payments and returns. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for property, backed by at least 2 years of previous experience, a strong grasp of legislation, and excellent organisational and communication skills. Given the customer-centric nature of the role, a proven track record as a property manager is essential.
