- Develop and close sales leads for EP Projects.
- Manage the execution of projects.
- Apply best engineering practices with the aid of established Project Management tools and techniques, ensuring the well-being of staff within the organogram structure.
- Visit consultants and end users to promote BWP offerings and build long-term partnerships.
- Conduct cost, quality, and time analysis and monitoring; perform risk reviews and update the quality management plan while enforcing HSE standards and regulations.
- Gather market and competitive intelligence and participate in creating a sustainable business.
- Conduct commercial and contractual reviews to ensure project deliverables are maintained and management reporting is completed.
- Prepare technical and commercial offers to grow the order book.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Matric/Grade 12.
- B. Eng/BSc (Electrical/Mechanical) Degree.
- Advanced Diploma & Gas Industry experience will be considered.
- Technical Sales experience.
- Mechanical, Electrical & Gas product Equipment Sales experience.
- Project Management & BOQ development experience.
- FIDIC and NEC type contract experience.
- Gas & Electrical site installation experience.
- Commercial & contractual understanding.
- Technical understanding.
- Experience in low voltage and medium voltage installations.
