Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking
Location: ZA, Greater North Provinces, Polokwane, Nelspruit or Rustenburg
To drive the entrepreneur banking objectives (i.e. Lifestyle, Prestige, Middle) for Standard Bank Financial Consultancy (SBFC) within an allocated region (i.e. Limpopo, Mpumalanga & North West) and within laid down regulatory and Standard Bank Group policies in order to grow profitability.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Regional Performance & Stakeholder Engagement: Ensures that all SBFC objectives and initiatives are delivered within the region through the effective and efficient implementation of the approved franchise model for outlets in support of a world-class premier advisory strategy.
- Sales Management: Develops regional sales targets in alignment with overall SBFC sales and service objectives.
- Regional Productivity Management: Reviews and analyses the regional customer base within Standard Bank and others in order to identify potential opportunities and allocates resources accordingly.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Accountable for all SBFC risk and compliance matters for the region.
- People Management: Leading a high-performing team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.Com Degree in Business Commerce
Experience Required:
- 8-10 years experience in all the product categories in terms of FAIS for SBFC.
- 8-10 years experience in managing a team of financial planners.
- FAIS fit and proper requirements – KI appointment.
