The recruitment specialist is to facilitate the hiring process, ensuring that the organization attracts and secures the right talent to meet its business objectives.
EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Must understand how resorts or hotels operate and have a good understanding of all positions inside a hotel setting.
KEY SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each job opening and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
- Evaluate candidates' suitability for the position, considering both technical skills and alignment with company culture.
- Manage the offer negotiation process, including discussions on salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Build and nurture talent pools for current and future hiring needs, keeping abreast of industry trends and market changes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in attracting top talent.
- Assist in the onboarding process, helping new hires integrate into the company culture and facilitating a smooth transition.
