Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Marketing or related field
Experience Required
- 5-7 years relevant experience
- Sound experience in the development of business unit strategies, plans and objectives which inform customer experience strategy
- The ability to implement digital and direct marketing strategy (including mobile, email and web) to drive an operational integrated consumer focused digital solution.
- Proven capability to establish data driven digital marketing approach to set objectives, targets and plans to identify opportunities to enhance the online customer engagement experience
- Experience in providing direction to all third party agencies working on the digital marketing operational plans
- Proven experience in development and maintenance of budgets for digital and direct marketing that are consistent with the financial guidelines provided
